What is Tapestry Life Resources?
Tapestry Life Resources gets its name from ancient art weavings of the world's many cultures. A tapestry is made of many threads of different textures and colors that are woven together to create a beautiful whole. Our lives are also woven of many threads– some are rough and knotty; others are fine and delicate. Some are sturdy and difficult to break while others fragile and easily stressed beyond their limits.
Together, however, the strands of our lives also form a pattern, a design based on a Divine plan; woven together, they form a thing of infinite beauty — our Essential selves.
The goal of Tapestry Life Resources is to help us discover the pattern in the warp and weft of our lives so that we may see the Divine design at work in all that we are and do. By providing the space for silence and contemplation and the closeness of a supportive community, Tapestry hopes to join people of all walks of life and provide a vision of who we really are and all we might become.
The pattern in our lives is perfected by resonance with the universal Source, which we attain in our physical bodies, our emotional intelligence, our mental balance, and thus our spiritual connection through greater coherence with that Source.
- To help our bodies become more coherent, we use massage, bodywork, energy work and exercise practices as tools for eliminating stress and pain from our physical beings and for maintaining better physical health. We also use resources such as essential oils, supplements, crystals and herbal remedies to support the body's coherence and increase resonance frequency.
- To help our hearts become more coherent, we use retreats and quiet days, life coaching and mentoring, and journaling and guided imagery, and Theta Healing® as tools for aligning our emotional centers with universal Source and the principles of kindness, goodness, and forgiveness.
- To help our minds become more coherent, we use meditation, Enneagram studies, and Theta healing® to balance the funciton of our rational and intuitive minds and to release beliefs and programs that may no longer serve us or Spirit in the highest and best way. We also publish articles, newsletters, and blogs and teach massage continuing education classes.
