She offers the following classes:
- Usui Reiki, Level One
- Prerequisite: None. CEs: 8. This course provides each student with the Reiki Level 1 attunement, the process by which the student connects to the Reiki energy field. Both lecture and hands-on practice are included.
Topics covered include the history of Reiki, how Reiki works, the chakra system, Reiki hand positions, Reiki ethics, giving a Reiki treatment and the attunement.
A class manual is included, and a Certificate of Achievement is issued after course completion.
CEs are approved for Massage Therapists, but all interested persons are welcome. - Usui Reiki, Level Two

Prerequisite: Usui Reiki, Level One. CEs: 8.This course expands the knowledge acquired in Reiki I and gives students the Reiki II attunements. The student learns and applies the Reiki symbols, which allow a stronger connection to the Reiki energy field. Both lecture and hands-on practice are included.
Topics covered include the uses and meanings of the Level Two Reiki symbols, using Reiki remotely, visualizing auras and intended outcomes, giving and receiving Reiki treatments using the symbols, and the attunements to the symbols.
A class manual is included, and a Certificate of Completion is issued after course completion.
CEs are approved for Massage Therapists, but all interested persons are welcome.
